💙 What Is the Blue Ocean Bursary Work Programme? 

The Blue Ocean Bursary Work Programme is a 3-year, all-inclusive internship designed to take two young, passionate individuals from zero scuba experience to fully qualified Dive Masters. No prior diving knowledge is needed, just a love for adventure and a hunger to grow! 🐠 

🎯 Here’s what makes it special: 

• Fully sponsored scuba training (valued at over R250,000!) 
• Accommodation & meals covered for 3 years 
• A safe, nurturing environment on the breathtaking Aliwal Shoal in Umkomaas 
• Real job experience, life skills, and career pathways into marine biology, commercial diving, tourism, and more

📅 Year 1: Training & Transformation 

• Learn to dive from scratch (Open Water to Dive Master)
• Personal development and teamwork

💼 Years 2 & 3: Experience & Empowerment 

• Work at our resort as a dive professional 
• Earn an income 
• Gain hospitality, guiding, and customer service experience 
• Help train the next wave of divers
